目的探讨胫骨髁骨折的分类治疗及其疗效.方法将收治的胫骨髁骨折68例,其分类为Ⅰ型26例,Ⅱ型32例,Ⅲ型10例.Ⅰ型骨折多予非手术治疗,Ⅱ,Ⅲ型及部分Ⅰ型骨折,予切开复位内固定

目的探讨胫骨髁骨折的分类治疗及其疗效.方法将收治的胫骨髁骨折68例,其分类为Ⅰ型26例,Ⅱ型32例,Ⅲ型10例.Ⅰ型骨折多予非手术治疗,Ⅱ,Ⅲ型及部分Ⅰ型骨折,予切开复位内固定术,术后 3～4 周石膏外固定,并功能锻炼,拆石膏后行膝关节及上下肌肉锻炼.结果 52例经0.5～3年随访(平均1年1个月),优良37例,优良率达71%.结论胫骨髁骨折按分类治疗并配合早期功能锻炼能获得满意疗效.
