利用自行组装,以日本岛津QV-50型单色仪为基础的钽环原子化器测定矿石中微量镱,其背景干扰用高频旁路电容器滤波消除,方法检测下限为0.008μg/ml/1%。一仪器工作条件的选择在测定镱时,钽环在高温原子化时产生强光辐射带来的背景干扰信号采用滤波方法加以克服,在讯号输入端对地端联接一个4300PF的电容器(见图1)可消除干扰;即测得发射背景为零、吸收背景约为1%吸光度。
