用中药枸杞子加水制成匀浆给大鼠连续灌胃9天(1次/天),然后肌肉注射四氯化碳(CCl4),24小时后处死,取血清和肝匀浆测定SOD和MDA含量,结果表明:枸杞组大鼠血清和肝匀浆SOD活力明显高于对照组,MDA含量明显低于对照组。说明枸杞子具有抑制CCl4致脂类过氧化的作用。
The rats were treated with Chinese medicine and water to make homogenate. Rats were fed orally for 9 days (1 time/day) successively. Then carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) was intramuscularly injected. After 24 hours, they were sacrificed. Serum and liver homogenate were taken to measure SOD and MDA. The results showed that the SOD activity of the serum and liver homogenate of the limulus group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the MDA content was significantly lower than that of the control group. This shows that wolfberry has the effect of inhibiting the lipid peroxidation of CCl4.
