一辆宝马320i轿车,因怠速不稳、加速无力送来我中心维修。该车采用M50发动机,点火系统为直接点火方式,发动机电控单元(DME)是西门子系统MS40.1。我们用OB91解码仪进行故障诊断,显示故障代码29——第2缸点火控制线路不良。该故障代码的储存是当火花延续时间不符合预定值或是根本没有火花的情况下产生的。因为是直接点火.且点火控制模块(点火器)在DME集成板内,所以我们无法察看点火指示信号电压波形,也不易察看点火二次电压波形,但我们能用SNAP-ONMT2400“红盒子”2号对点火一次信号电压波形进行检测。通过测试,发现第1、3、4、5、6缸能显示正
