作为社会主义市场经济发展的重要伴随物,近十年来,中国行业协会的发展一直被学界寄予厚望,其研究范围基本涉及了社会科学的所有领域,出版行业协会亦包含其中。与市场化极为成熟西方国家相比,我国出版行业协会还有不少的不足之处,那么中外出版行业协会的产生、历史功能、组织体系以及管理机制有何异同?长期的发展实践中,西方社会根据自身特点发展形成的行业协会有何种经济与社会功能?这些问题将加以探讨。
As an important companion to the development of the socialist market economy, the development of the Chinese trade associations has been placing great hopes on the academic circles over the past decade. The scope of their research covers all fields of social sciences, and the publishing trade associations also include them. Compared with market-oriented western countries, there are still many deficiencies in the publishing industry associations in China. What are the similarities and differences between the production associations, the historical functions, the organizational systems and the management mechanisms of the publishing associations in China? In the long-term development practice, What are the economic and social functions of trade associations formed by society according to their own characteristics? These issues will be explored.
