采用壳聚糖与羧甲基纤维素钠形成胶囊将木瓜蛋白酶固定化,研究了固定化木瓜蛋白酶的最佳固定化条件。结果表明:木瓜蛋白酶的最佳固定化条件为:给酶量为50mg/100mL、壳聚糖浓度为0.2%、pH=7.5、50℃温度下,所得固定化木瓜蛋白酶活力回收率可达69.8%。
The papain was immobilized by using chitosan and sodium carboxymethylcellulose to immobilize the papain. The optimal immobilization conditions of immobilized papain were studied. The results showed that the optimal immobilization conditions of papain were as follows: enzyme yield 50mg / 100mL, chitosan concentration 0.2%, pH 7.5, 50 ℃, the recovery rate of immobilized papain was 69.8% .
