BIM技术是一种非常先进和科学的造价管理方法,这种模式在现如今的建筑工程行业中得到一定的重视,随着由手工绘图-二维的CAD绘图计算-现如今的BIM应用的不断发展,整个工商造价行业也越来越精细以及规范。但是,应用情况还有待提高,只有提高应用的比例得到提高,才能提高我国整个行业水平。为此,本文主要分析BIM技术对工程造价的影响,希望能够为工程造价管理带来帮助。
BIM technology is a very advanced and scientific method of cost management that has gained some traction in today’s construction industry. With manual drawing - two-dimensional CAD drawing calculations - the same BIM application today Development, the entire industrial and commercial cost industry is also more sophisticated and standardized. However, the application situation still needs to be improved. Only by improving the proportion of applications can we raise the level of our entire industry.
