漠河地区深处大兴安岭腹地,属于高寒地区,气候环境极端恶劣、交通极端不发达,社会依托极差。漠河-大庆原油管线是我国进口能源通道多元化重要通道,进行储罐建设工作为确保漠大线安全运行具有现实的经济意义和长远的国家战略意义。为了对储罐建设过重的进度进行控制,结合漠河地区某储罐项目工程现场建设过程中的经验,通过抓住设计图纸、做好施工进度管理、控制施工过程中的重点、难点等手段对于极寒地区储罐建设过程的进度质量进行了控制。
