本文叙述了碳黑中致突变性硝基多环芳烃的分析方法,用不同溶剂萃取碳黑样品表明,氯苯具有较高的提取效率,并对预分离、高效液相色谱条件的选择、检测器波长的确定和响应曲线等进行了讨论。应用本分析方法在某种工业碳黑中检出了3-硝基-9-芴酮。样品色谱峰的定性经与标准样品的色谱保留时间和紫外光谱图进行了对照确认。
In this paper, the methods for the analysis of mutagenic nitroaromatics in carbon black are described. The extraction of carbon black with different solvents shows that chlorobenzene has high extraction efficiency. The conditions of pre-separation and high performance liquid chromatography Wavelength determination and response curves were discussed. 3-nitro-9-fluorenone was detected in some industrial carbon blacks by this analytical method. Qualitative analysis of sample peaks was confirmed by comparison with the standard sample chromatographic retention times and UV spectra.
