本项试验工作的目的在于探讨利用百瓦级封离式CO_2激光器组装成400~500瓦功率等级的组合式激光器用于焊接的可能性。以期能提供一种结构紧凑、制造方便、成本低廉的CO_2激光焊接设备,从而为400~500瓦功率等级的CO_2激光焊接加工技术的推广应用创造一定的条件。
The purpose of this experiment is to explore the possibility of using 100 watt-class captive CO 2 lasers to assemble a combined laser of 400-500 watts for welding. So as to provide a CO 2 laser welding equipment with compact structure, convenient manufacture and low cost, so as to create certain conditions for popularization and application of the CO 2 laser welding technology with a power level of 400-500 watts.
