随着我国经济社会的发展,人才培养的要求也逐渐提高,在中职教育的过程中,要构建良好的人才培养模式,从而促进人才的培养。其中,一种有效的人才培养模式为三维目标设计,力求培养综合性、多技能的人才。推动中职教学管理三维目标的设计和实施,可以有效提高中职教学的效率,更好地实现教学目标。本文阐释了中职教育教学管理三维目标的设计和实施。
With the economic and social development in our country, the requirements of personnel training have also been gradually raised. In the process of secondary vocational education, we must construct a good mode of personnel training to promote the cultivation of qualified personnel. Among them, an effective mode of personnel training for the three-dimensional design goals, and strive to develop comprehensive and multi-skilled personnel. To promote the design and implementation of the three-dimensional goal of secondary vocational education management can effectively improve the efficiency of secondary vocational education and better achieve the teaching objectives. This article illustrates the design and implementation of the three-dimensional goal of teaching management in secondary vocational education.
