实验测试了特定人字形型号板式换热器的传热性能及阻力特性。工况的稳定是靠改变泵功和阀门的开度来调节,使热流体进口温度固定在80℃。通过改变热流体流量改变工况,用热平衡法和换热热阻分别计算了总传热系数,两种结果相对误差在一定范围内。利用Excel软件处理实验数据,获得热侧传热系数与流速的关系,热侧摩擦系数与雷诺数的关系,并拟合出它们之间的实验关联式。
Experiments were conducted to test the heat transfer and resistance characteristics of a specific chevron-type plate heat exchanger. Condition of the stability is to change the pump power and valve opening to adjust, the hot fluid inlet temperature is fixed at 80 ℃. By changing the flow of hot fluid, the heat transfer coefficient was calculated by the heat balance method and heat transfer resistance respectively. The relative errors of the two results were within a certain range. The experimental data were processed by Excel software to get the relationship between the heat transfer coefficient and the flow rate, the relationship between the hot side friction coefficient and the Reynolds number, and fit the experimental correlation between them.
