在露天矿深度剧增的形势下,加速工艺发展的主要途径之一是广泛采用间断一连续工艺运输矿石。间断一连续工艺的主要构成部分是设在斜井中的胶带运输机,它起着提升设备的作用,从露天矿内的转载站将矿石运输到地表。一些采矿企业的生产经验为露天矿间断-连续工艺的合理性及其效率提供了科学的论证。
In the situation of the dramatic increase in the open pit mine, one of the main ways to speed up the process development is to widely adopt intermittent and continuous process to transport the ore. The main component of the intermittent-continuous process is the belt conveyor located in the inclined shaft, which acts as a lifting device to transport the ore from the transfer station in the open pit to the surface. The production experience of some mining enterprises provides a scientific argument for the rationality and efficiency of the open-cut mine discontinuous-continuous process.
