The authors conducted 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram (DCG) monitoring on 30 fighter pilots using bipolar lead CM_1, CM_3 and CM_5. The results showed that the heart rate was basically the same as that of ordinary people on ground working day with an average of 68 ± 7 beats / min and a maximum of 124 ± 24 beats / min, minimum 54 ± 6 beats / min, the same time as the ground working day after flight; no obvious change of heart rhythm; no change of T wave was detected. In the two cases, ST segment level decreased 0.075 ~ .0100 mV in altitude aerobatics, but the activity of treadmill exercise test was negative. I believe that DCG is suitable for pilots in flight monitoring, especially for the usual symptoms of pilots, can improve the diagnostic accuracy.
