采用精密分馏手段,对山东齐鲁石化公司胜利炼油厂、济南炼油厂和九江石化总厂炼油厂催化裂化汽油脱臭前后的硫醇性硫分布进行了研究,并探讨了不同脱臭工艺对汽油不同沸程馏分的脱臭效果。结果表明,脱臭前RFCC汽油与FCC汽油中硫醇性硫分布明显不同,而所有脱臭后汽油中,高级硫醇性硫所占含量较大、汽油中高级硫醇的含量多少是制约脱臭效率的关键因素。
