目的:检测肌肉血管瘤血管畸形组织中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及磷酸化的促血管生成素受体(Tie2)的表达,并探讨其意义。方法:收集肌肉血管瘤标本39例、正常颅面部皮下组织标本10例,采用ABC免疫组化染色检测MMP-9、磷酸化的Tie2的表达。结果:MMP-9、磷酸化的Tie2在肌肉血管瘤组织中的阳性表达远高于在正常皮下组织中的表达,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);其表达的强度在不同病程、瘤体大小、部位及浸润程度的病例中无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:MMP-9、磷酸化的Tie2可能参与肌肉血管瘤发生、发展。
Objective: To detect the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and phosphorylated angiopoietin receptor (Tie2) in vascular malformations of muscular angioma and to explore its significance. Methods: 39 cases of muscular angiomas were collected, and 10 cases of normal craniofacial subcutaneous tissue samples were collected. The expression of MMP-9 and phosphorylated Tie2 was detected by ABC immunohistochemical staining. Results: The positive expression of MMP-9 and phosphorylated Tie2 in muscle angioma was significantly higher than that in normal subcutaneous tissue (P <0.01). The expression intensity of MMP-9 and phosphorylated Tie2 in different stages of disease, Body size, location and degree of infiltration in the case of no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of MMP-9 and phosphorylated Tie2 may be involved in the development of muscular angiomas.
