中央新疆工作座谈会对推进新疆经济社会跨越式发展和长治久安作出了战略部署,明确提出了当前和今后一段时期新疆工作的指导思想、主要任务、基本要求和一系列重大政策措施,以空前力度支持新疆的发展,新疆面临千载难逢的大建设、大开放、大发展良好机遇,如何把握机遇,加快发展,实现经济社会的新跨越,为社会长治久安奠定良好基础,是我们必须认真思考的重大问题.本文分析了新疆实现跨越式发展和长治久安的优势、劣势、存在的机遇及面临的挑战,提出了实现新疆跨越发展和长治久安的战略对策措施,以期为新疆实现跨越式发展和长治久安提供一些有价值的参考.
The Central Xinjiang Work Symposium has made strategic arrangements for pushing forward the rapid economic and social development in Xinjiang and long-term peace and stability. It has clearly proposed the guiding ideology, major tasks, basic requirements and a series of major policy measures for Xinjiang’s current and future period in an unprecedented manner. Xinjiang is facing a once-in-a-lifetime big construction, a big opening up and a good opportunity for great development. How to grasp the opportunities, speed up development, achieve a new leap forward in economy and society, and lay a good foundation for long-term social stability are major issues that we must seriously consider. Analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, existing opportunities and challenges faced by Xinjiang in achieving leapfrog development and long-term peace and stability and puts forward the strategic countermeasures for realizing leapfrog development and long-term peace and security in Xinjiang, so as to provide some valuable references for realizing leapfrog development and lasting peace in Xinjiang. .
