多数应用型本科院校中会计专业任课教师来自应届毕业学生直接就任,缺少专业实践经验。针对会计专业实践性、实操性强的特点,加强应用型本科院校会计专业教师“双师型”素质培养十分必要。本文走访调查了河北省内13所应用型本科院校,通过发放调查问卷统计相关数据,找到会计专业“双师型”师资队伍建设过程中存在的问题,为提出改进措施提供依据。 Most application-oriented undergraduate accounting professional teachers from the graduating students directly from office, the lack of professional experience in practice. In view of the characteristics of accounting profession practicality and practical operation, it is very necessary to strengthen the accounting professional teachers “double teacher ” quality in applied undergraduate colleges. In this paper, we surveyed 13 applied undergraduate colleges in Hebei province, and found out the problems in the construction of the teaching staff in the accounting major and “double teacher type” through the statistical data of the questionnaire, and provided the basis for the improvement measures.
