目的:探讨中成药传统制剂与超细微粉制剂的药效学。方法:采用动物试验的方式,探讨中成药传统制剂与超细微粉制剂对幼年小鼠生长发育、肾虚动物模型、阴虚动物模型的影响。结果:在药效学方面,采用超细微粉技术与传统粉碎技术的中成药有明显的差异。结论:细胞级微粉技术工艺制剂比传统粉碎工艺制剂的药物活性高。
Objective: To investigate the pharmacodynamics of traditional Chinese medicine preparations and ultrafine powder preparations. Methods: The effects of traditional Chinese medicine preparations and ultrafine powder formulations on the growth and development of young mice, animal models of kidney deficiency and animal models of yin deficiency were studied by animal experiments. Results: Pharmacodynamics, the use of ultra-fine powder technology and the traditional Chinese medicine crushing technology there are significant differences. CONCLUSIONS: The cell-grade micronized technical preparations have higher drug activity than the traditional preparations.
