已知黄芪属植物生物活性成分有多糖类和皂苷类,其中多糖类具有抗肿瘤和免疫增强活性,皂苷类中的环艾烷型三萜苷类具有多种生物活性如抗炎、镇痛、利尿、降压和镇静等。曾报道从特洛伊黄芪(Astragalus trojanus)中分离并鉴定出特洛伊苷(trojanosides)A~H。本次从该植物地上部分中又分离出3种新的环艾烷型三萜苷(1、2、5),在联合应用NMR技术(COSY、HMQC、HMBC)和HR-ESI-MS基础上,对其结构进行了确证。
It is known that there are polysaccharides and saponins in the bioactive components of Scutellaria, among which the polysaccharides have anti-tumor and immune-enhancing activity. The cycloalkane triterpene glycosides in saponins have various biological activities such as anti-inflammatory and Pain, diuretic, blood pressure and sedation. The isolation and identification of trojanosides A to H have been reported from Astragalus trojanus. Three new cycloalkanoid glycosides (1, 2, 5) were isolated from the aerial parts of this plant, based on a combination of NMR techniques (COSY, HMQC, HMBC) and HR-ESI-MS. , confirming its structure.
