小儿肺炎是儿科常见病、多发病,如何提高疗效,缩短病程是我们医务工作者的任务。本院自1992年开始使用周林频谱仪照射穴位(人迎、天突、膻中、气户、定喘、肺俞)的方法,辅助治疗肺炎,取得较好的疗效。现报告如下:1 临床资料 单纯用西药治疗组80例,加周林频谱仪理疗组80例。以上两大组中各分4组,每组各20例患儿。第1组为重症肺炎,均为0～3岁患儿,发热、咳嗽、气喘、鼻扇、症状重,或伴心衰,肺部听诊可闻及细湿罗音。第2组为2～5岁患儿,咳嗽伴气喘、发热、肺部听诊可闻及哮鸣音及痰鸣音。第3组患儿为3～7岁,咳嗽,不喘,发热或不发热,肺部听诊可闻及细湿罗音。第4组为4～12岁患儿,发热,咳嗽,但不喘,肺部听诊未闻及干、湿性罗音。以上160例患儿胸部X线均示:双肺纹理增强,有斑片 Pediatric pneumonia is a common pediatric disease, frequently-occurring disease, how to improve the efficacy and shorten the course of the mission of our medical workers.
