2 0 0 0年 10~ 11月 ,上海市杨浦区某幼儿园发生手足口病流行 ,采集了 2 5例粪便标本分离病毒 ,用RD细胞分离出肠道病毒 (EV) ,经用标准血清鉴定为EV71型 13株 ,埃可病毒 13型 (ECHO13 ) 1株 ,EV71型分离率为 5 2 %。病人血清与EV71型分离株的中和抗体滴度较高 ,多数 >1∶2 5 6 ,而与柯萨奇病毒A组 16型 (Cox .A16)的中和试验滴度多数 <1∶2。 5例双份血清有 1例EV71型抗体呈 4倍升高 ,而Cox .A16型均无 4倍升高 ,表明本次流行由EV71型引起。
From July to November 2000, 20 hand-to-mouth disease epidemics occurred in a nursery in Yangpu District, Shanghai. Twenty-five stool specimens were collected for virus isolation and Enterovirus (EV) was isolated from RD cells and identified as 13 strains of EV71, 1 strain of ECHO13, and the isolation rate of EV71 was 52%. Patient sera and EV71 isolates had high titers of neutralizing antibodies of> 1: 256, with a titer of <1: 2 neutralizing assay for coxsackievirus A group 16 (Cox. A16) . One case of EV71 antibody in 5 cases of double serum showed a 4-fold increase, while none of Cox. A16 showed 4-fold increase, indicating that this epidemic was caused by EV71 type.
