精冲件质量的好坏直接影响着其实际应用,而剪切面的耐磨性则是衡量精冲件质量的主要内容之一。通过改变不同的实验条件完成了非精冲件和精冲件磨料磨损实验,分析了各参数对其磨损量的影响规律,并利用电子扫描显微镜观察了试样的磨损表面形貌,揭示了磨损机理。分析表明:载荷和磨粒尺寸对零件的磨损量有重要影响,且相同条件下,精冲件的耐磨损性能要优于非精冲件;非精冲件出现了尺寸效应,而精冲件没有出现;在临界磨粒尺寸前后,非精冲件的磨损机理由犁皱为主转变为微切削为主,而精冲件的磨损机理一直以犁皱为主。
