目的:探讨心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)在川崎病(KD)早期心肌损伤的临床价值。方法:检测与比较KD组(70例)及健康对照组(26例)血cTnI含量;并对KD组中并发冠状动脉病变与无冠状动脉病变两组患儿cTnI早期含量进行回顾分析与比较。结果:1KD组血清cTnI含量明显高于健康对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.001)。2并发冠状动脉病变的KD组患儿早期cTnI明显高于无冠状动脉病变的KD组,两者差异显著(P<0.001)。结论:cTnI是一项诊断KD患儿急性心肌损伤的有价值的方法,并可为早期静脉注射免疫球蛋白、减少心血管病变提供依据。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of cardiac troponin I (cTnI) in early myocardial injury of KD. Methods: The levels of cTnI in KD group (70 cases) and healthy control group (26 cases) were detected and compared. The early contents of cTnI in KD group and non-coronary artery group were retrospectively analyzed and compared. Results: The level of cTnI in 1KD group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group (P <0.001). 2 The early cTnI in KD group with coronary artery disease was significantly higher than that in KD group without coronary artery disease (P <0.001). Conclusion: cTnI is a valuable method to diagnose acute myocardial injury in children with KD, and can provide evidence for early intravenous immunoglobulin and reduce cardiovascular disease.
