2007年,注重教学五环节的落实,强化教学的有效性,是上海教育界的共识。本刊就此发表了一系列报道,介绍上海各区县、学校的有效经验和积极思考。新学期第一期的“话题”聚焦上海市青浦区整个区域层面的教学经验和做法,而聚焦点是教学的核心:实现常态课的优质。青浦区作为“青浦试验”的发源地,教育教学一直保持着较高的水准。近年来,上海市教研室对青浦区开展教学视导的结论是:“听课评价中的’好课’与’较好课’达82.3%,而且没有’较差’的课。”青浦区常态课中八成以上的好课来自哪里昵?答案是:好课来自实实在在,好课来自不断创新,好课来自教师、校长与管理者坚持不懈的观察、思考与实践。
In 2007, focusing on the implementation of the five aspects of teaching and strengthening the effectiveness of teaching is the consensus of the education community in Shanghai. This issue has published a series of reports on this, introducing effective experiences and positive thinking in all districts, counties and schools in Shanghai. In recent years, the Shanghai Teaching and Research Office has concluded that the teaching and guidance of Qingpu District is: “The ”good lesson“ and ”better lesson“ in class evaluation are 82.3%, and there is no ”bad“ class.” Qingpu District Where is the good lesson of more than 80% in the normal class? The answer is: The good lesson comes from real, the good lesson comes from constant innovation, and the good lesson comes from the teachers, the principal and the manager’s unremitting observation, thinking and practice.
