我利用500毫升医用吊瓶,将灵芝培养基装于瓶底部,高约5厘米左右,压实,在中心扎孔。将瓶口用棉塞或双层牛皮纸扎紧,然后进行高压灭菌。灭菌后待其冷却到室温,将灵芝菌种在无菌条件下接种到培养基的中心孔里。在环境温度为26~28℃的条件下进行培养,经7~10天后,培养面上全部长满菌丝体,12~15天菌丝体长满全部培养基。此时可将瓶口棉塞摘去,环境湿度要保持在90~95%。这样子实体原基发生并随之而开始分化,由白色→淡黄色→深黄色,同时长出菌柄。菌柄分支,稀奇古怪,可供观赏。经50~60天后,即可认定成熟。但因瓶内没有空气自然流动的条件,菌柄并不开伞。注入60度的粮食白酒,菌柄即停止生长,菌柄因酒浸泡变成深褐色,增加观赏价值。浸泡15~20天后,酒液呈深褐色,即可饮用,有灵芝药酒的同等作用。因笔者缺乏摄影条件,未能拍下照片。现已培养出20多瓶,菌柄形态各异。
