目的研究一般人群血清病毒性肝炎免疫水平。方法在市级病毒性肝炎血清流行病学监测点内分别于2001、2003、2005年对一般人群免疫水平进行血清流行病学监测,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测抗-HAV-IgG、HBsAg、抗-HBs、抗-HBc、抗-HCV等。结果抗-HAV-IgG总阳性检出率为82.38%,HBsAg总阳性检出率(2.79%),抗-HBs总阳性检出率(57.04%),抗-HBc总阳性检出率(46.94%),抗-HCV总阳性检出率(0.08%)。结论一般人群甲型肝炎抗体较高(82.38%),表明有关控制甲型肝炎的干预措施切实有效。乙型肝炎病毒感染总阳性率虽然较高(57.97%～62.22%),但仍提示乙型肝炎防治措施的重点应加强对10～20岁年龄组的疫苗接种。抗-HCV总阳性检出率(0.08%),近几年波动不大。
Objective To study the level of serum viral hepatitis in the general population. Methods The serological epidemiology of the general population was monitored in 2001-2003 and 2005 respectively by serological epidemiological monitoring points of municipal-level viral hepatitis, anti-HAV-IgG was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) HBsAg, anti-HBs, anti-HBc, anti-HCV and the like. Results The total positive detection rate of anti-HBsAg was 82.38%, the positive detection rate of HBsAg was 2.79%, the positive detection rate of anti-HBs was 57.04%, the positive detection rate of anti-HBc was 46.94% ), The total positive detection rate of anti-HCV (0.08%). Conclusion The prevalence of hepatitis A in the general population is high (82.38%), indicating that the interventions for controlling hepatitis A are effective. Although the overall positive rate of hepatitis B virus infection was high (57.97% ~ 62.22%), it still suggested that the focus of prevention and treatment of hepatitis B should be strengthened for vaccination in the age group of 10-20 years. The total positive detection rate of anti-HCV (0.08%) has not changed much in recent years.
