建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定芝麻油中芝麻素和芝麻林素的方法。芝麻油中芝麻素和芝麻林素经甲醇提取定容,提取液冷冻去除极少量的甘油酯等杂质。液相色谱条件为Acclaim120,C18色谱柱分离,紫外检测器检测,流动相为甲醇-水(体积比为75:25),流速1.0mL/min。结果表明,芝麻素和芝麻林素分别在0.2~100mg/L、0.4~100mg/L范围内线性关系良好,r分别为0.9997、0.9999。在0.8~4.0mg/g、0.4~2.4mg/kg添加水平范围内,芝麻素平均回收率为97.8%~100.6%(RSD1.9%~5.3%),芝麻林素平均回收率为96.9%~101.6%(RSD0.8%~4.8%)。该方法芝麻素检出限为0.01mg/g,芝麻林素检出限为0.02mg/g。
A method for simultaneous determination of sesamin and sesaminin in sesame oil by high performance liquid chromatography was established. Sesame oil sesamin and sesamin forest by methanol extract volume, extract frozen to remove very small amounts of glycerides and other impurities. This method sesamin detection limit of 0.01mg / g, sesamin forest prime detection limit of 0.02mg / g.
