目的 建立一种快速定量检测水中微量碘的方法。方法 以碘催化砷铈氧化还原反应为基础, Ferrion 作为指示剂,秒表记录反应时间确定碘含量。结果 线性范围 0.2~20μg/ L,测定的准确度高,重现性好。结论 该方法快速简单,适用于现场水碘测定,与比色法无明显差别。
Objective To establish a rapid and quantitative method for detecting trace iodine in water. Methods Based on iodine-catalyzed arsenic-cerium redox reaction, Ferrion was used as an indicator to record the reaction time to determine the iodine content. Results The linear range of 0.2 ~ 20μg / L, the determination of high accuracy, reproducibility. Conclusion The method is fast and simple, suitable for on-site water iodine determination, and no significant difference with the colorimetric method.
