探讨传统采煤机设计方法存在的问题,提出利用Pro/Engineer进行采煤机的仿真分析与优化设计,以提高优化效率。具体介绍Pro/Engineer软件的建模过程和约束条件的添加,通过对关键构件进行分析,能够了解采煤机工作时的受力状态,进而实现对采煤机的优化设计。
This paper discusses the problems existing in the design method of the traditional coal winning machine and puts forward the simulation analysis and optimization design of the coal winning machine by Pro / Engineer in order to improve the optimization efficiency. Introducing Pro / Engineer software modeling process and adding constraints, through the analysis of the key components, we can understand the stress state of the shearer working, and then realize the optimal design of shearer.
