事件2011年3月10日,我们对公司进行了实地调研,与公司高管就公司经营情况和发展方向等进行了会谈。评述公司是国内重要的电解铝生产企业,现有电解铝产能42万吨。拥有3条铝电解生产线,所有电解槽均为280KA,吨铝电耗为13800度。受拉闸限电影响,公司有一条生产线(约14万吨产能)于2010年10月起停产,陆续恢复需要一个季度,估计完全恢复需要到今年4月份,但对产能影响不大,估计2011年全年产量约40-41万吨。
