在我国由于塑料工业的迅速发展,对塑料模具的需求量也越来越大。目前国内塑料模具的材料一般是中碳钢,模具的型腔大都是在机加工后,再进行手工抛光。但这样加工成的模具其型腔表面硬度低,光泽性差;且在塑料成形过程中由于腐蚀性介质的影响,型腔表面极易锈蚀。所以为了提高模具的使用寿命及塑料产品的外观质量和塑料模具型腔的表面质量,我们决定采刷镀方法。我们曾对普通的中碳钢塑料模具和锌基合金模具进行刷镀试验和研究,现分几方面介绍如下。一、中碳钢塑料模具的刷镀中碳钢塑料模具的刷镀与一般中碳钢零件的刷镀工艺基本一致。由于塑料模具的型腔表面要求硬度高、耐磨、耐腐蚀、而且光泽要好,因此要合理
