目的探讨护牙素治疗牙合支托窝牙本质过敏症的疗效。方法将81例患者共198颗牙合支托窝牙本质敏感的天然牙随机分为脱敏组及对照组,观察比较两组患者在牙合支托窝脱敏后1 d、1周、2周和3周时敏感程度的差异。结果患者的牙合支托窝脱敏后1 d、1周和2周时,脱敏组敏感程度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3周时脱敏组敏感程度与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用护牙素治疗牙合支托窝牙本质过敏症可收到一定效果,但在脱敏后2~3周有必要再经行一次脱敏治疗。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of dentifrice on treatment of dentin hypersensitivity in denture support. Methods Totally 198 natural occludent teeth of 81 patients with occlusal support were randomly divided into desensitization group and control group. The patients in two groups were observed after 1, Differences in sensitivity between weeks and 3 weeks. Results At 1, 2, and 1 week after desensitization, the sensitivity of the desensitization group was significantly different from that of the control group (P <0.05). At 3 weeks, There was no significant difference in the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusions The use of toothpaste to treat dentin hypersensitivity may receive some effect, but desensitization after 2 to 3 weeks is necessary.
