众所周知、工业炉窑的排烟热损失是其各项热损失中最大的一项,根据炉窑种类不同,排烟热损失占全部能耗的30~70%。因此,回收烟气余热是工业炉节约燃料重要措施之一。通过换热器回收烟气余热预热燃烧所需空气可以节约能源10~30%。1985年机械部对7798台各种工业炉进行了调查,其中安装有换热器的仅有417台,占5.3%.而且余热利用率低,空气预热温度不高,一般在200℃以下。因此研制高效换热器是工业炉窑
