以苯酚 -硫酸法对六味地黄丸中多糖含量进行测定 ,并用正交设计法优选最佳显色条件。该法灵敏度高 ,重现性好 ,平均回收率为 10 0 .3% ,RSD=1.2 2 % (n=5 ) ,可作为该制剂的质量控制。
The content of polysaccharides in Liuwei Dihuang Pills was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method, and the optimal coloration conditions were optimized by orthogonal design method. The method has high sensitivity and good reproducibility, with an average recovery rate of 100.3% and RSD=1.22% (n=5), which can be used as the quality control of the preparation.
