目的:观察保留残根进行全口覆盖义齿修复治疗的临床效果。方法:61例KennedyⅠ类缺失的患者,保留残根进行全口覆盖义齿修复治疗,并经1～4年的临床观察。结果:4例1个月复查发现边缘性龈炎,2例牙周袋加深,牙齿松动度增加,经临床治疗后均恢复正常,其余患者复查时均未发现异常。结论:保留残根的全口覆盖义齿修复治疗保留患者的牙根,保存了牙槽骨及牙周的本体感觉,避免了拔牙所致的并发症,具有简便、舒适、拒绝效率高等优点,尤其适用于基层单位采用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of retaining residual roots for complete denture restoration. Methods: Sixty-one patients with type Ⅰ Kennedy deformities were enrolled in this study. The remaining roots were treated with complete overdenture prostheses and were observed for 1 to 4 years. Results: Four cases of recurrent gingivitis were found in one month. Two cases of periodontal pocket deepened and the degree of dental mobility increased. All cases returned to normal after clinical treatment, and no abnormalities were observed in the rest of the patients. CONCLUSIONS: Retention of residual roots with a complete overdenture restorates and preserves the root of the patient, preserves the sensation of the alveolar bone and periodontal body, avoids the complications caused by tooth extraction, has the advantages of simplicity, comfort and rejection efficiency, and is especially applicable Adopted at the grass-roots units.
