目的:对医院医院药品管理中临床路径管理的应用价值进行探讨。方法:从我院药房管理中的各个当面入手对临床路径管理加以实施,并分析比较实施前后药品管理变化与效果。结果:与临床路径管理实施前相比,不仅药房管理规章制度方面更加完备,药房工作人员积极性得到普遍提高,随之提高的还有患者对药房工作人员满意度。结论:临床路径管理在医院药品管理中的应用对医院药房管理水平及工作人员服务质量提升均具有重要作用,可促进医院药品利用率的提升及药品不良事件发生率的降低,其显著的管理效果值得医院管理推广使用。
Objective: To explore the clinical value of clinical path management in hospital medicine management. Methods: From the front of pharmacy management in our hospital to start clinical path management to be implemented, and analysis of the changes before and after the implementation of drug management and effectiveness. Results: Compared with before the implementation of clinical path management, not only the pharmacy management rules and regulations were more complete, the general enthusiasm of pharmacy staff was generally improved, but also the patient satisfaction with pharmacy staff increased. Conclusion: The application of clinical path management in hospital drug management plays an important role in the management of hospital pharmacy and the improvement of service quality of staff, which can promote the improvement of utilization rate of hospital drugs and the incidence of adverse drug events.
