知识经济环境下,传统产业结构的优化升级和高新技术产业的建立对经济增长有巨大的促进作用,金融制度安排已成为判断一个国家产业创新发展的重要因素之一。本文总结国内外理论界和实务界对此问题的研究和应用,对我国政府在金融发展促进产业创新方面提供可供借鉴的模式。
In the knowledge-based economy, the optimization and upgrading of traditional industrial structure and the establishment of high-tech industries have a huge role to play in promoting economic growth. The arrangement of financial institutions has become one of the important factors in judging a country’s industrial innovation and development. This article summarizes the research and application of the domestic and foreign theoretical circles and practical circles on this issue, and provides a reference model for our government in financial development to promote industrial innovation.
