本文基于农村合作医疗制度在苏南发展情况的调查资料 ,描述和分析了苏南农村合 作医疗制度在发展过程中 ,遇到的困难和挑战。同时 ,对现行的基本模式和对策进行了讨 论 ,在此基础上提出了可供选择的政策和干预要点。本文表明 ,农村经济发展后 ,农村合 作医疗制度要积极适应农村居民对医疗健康保障方面多层次的需求 ,政府对农村医疗合 作制度的有效介入和积极支持 ,是发展农村合作医疗制度的关键
Based on the survey data of rural cooperative medical system development in South Jiangsu, this paper describes and analyzes the difficulties and challenges encountered in the development of the rural cooperative medical system in southern Jiangsu. At the same time, the current basic model and countermeasures were discussed, and on this basis, options and policies were selected. This article shows that after the development of rural economy, the rural cooperative medical system must actively adapt to the multiple levels of needs of rural residents for medical and health protection. The effective intervention and active support of the government for the rural medical cooperation system is the key to the development of a rural cooperative medical system.
