1概述 建筑节能和新型轻质材料墙体应用技术,是国家建设部推广的的《建筑业10项新技术》中的一项,它具有广泛应用前景的一项新技术,建设部计划在2005年完成全国砌块建筑与框架轻质墙体建筑体系的标准图集、工法与工艺及规范标准,促进新技术推广与墙体改革工作的顺利进行。框架轻质墙体建筑系统作为其中一分项技术,具有自重轻、防火性能好、抗震性能强、安装简便、按设计要求具不受面积限制等优点,它逐步在工业、民用建筑中为推广应用。
