随着我国经济的快速发展及科学技术水平不断地提高,数控技术在我国取得了骄人的成绩,为我国制造业的发展做出了巨大贡献。数控技术能够大大提高企业的生产率,为企业获得更多的经济效益,因此被广泛地应用在我国的制造业中。随着数控技术的快速发展,对数控人才的需求量越来越大,从而需要培养大量的数控人才,以满足数控技术发展的需求。数控技术的培训需要投入大量的人力、物力和财力,还需要花费大量的时间进行教学指导,一旦达不到预期的培训效果,将会对企业造成巨大的经济损失。基于此,本文对我国的数控人才的培养和实训进行了研究,通过分析我国数控发展现状,从而发现数控人才培养和实训的过程中出现的问题,针对这些问题提出相应的解决对策,完善我国数控实训基地各方面的建设,发挥出数控基地的实质性作用,从而提高我国数控人才培养和实训的效率,为我国制造业输送大量的高素质专业型人才,进而促进企业长久发展。
With the rapid economic development in our country and constant improvement of science and technology, CNC technology has made remarkable achievements in our country and made great contributions to the development of manufacturing industry in our country. CNC technology can greatly improve the productivity of enterprises, for enterprises to obtain more economic benefits, it is widely used in China’s manufacturing industry. With the rapid development of numerical control technology, the demand for numerical control talents is getting larger and larger, so a great deal of numerical control talents need to be trained to meet the demand of the development of numerical control technology. The training of numerical control technology requires a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, but also takes a lot of time for teaching guidance, once the expected training effect is not achieved, it will cause huge economic losses to the enterprise. Based on this, this paper studies the training and training of NC talents in our country. By analyzing the current situation of NC development in our country, we can find out the problems that arise in the process of NC talents training and practical training, put forward corresponding solutions to these problems and improve China’s CNC training base in all aspects of construction, to play a substantial role in the numerical control base to improve China’s NC personnel training and training efficiency, China’s manufacturing industry to send a large number of high-quality professional talents, and thus promote the long-term development of enterprises.
