从低碳经济与低碳产业出发,对于我国民族地区经济发展及产业结构现状进行了深入细致的探讨和分析。我国产业结构调整面临方向性选择,构建以新能源技术为核心的技术创新机制,是经济社会可持续发展的必然路径选择。文章以体现我国民族地区经济与产业发展方式的数据为基础,围绕民族地区产业结构调整的需求,论证了技术创新以及低碳经济、低碳产业对于地区发展的战略影响,并给出民族地区可持续发展的路径选择建议。
Starting from the low-carbon economy and the low-carbon industry, we conducted an in-depth and detailed discussion and analysis of the economic development and the industrial structure in our ethnic areas. China’s industrial restructuring is facing a directionality choice. Building a technological innovation mechanism centered on new energy technologies is an inevitable choice for sustainable economic and social development. On the basis of the data that reflect the economic and industrial development modes of ethnic areas in our country, this paper demonstrates the strategic impact of technological innovation and low-carbon economy and low-carbon industry on regional development around the demand of industrial structure adjustment in ethnic regions.
