本文用实验方法,证明了碳素钢的含碳量在≤0.65%C时,与其初始导磁率μ_0,矫顽力H_c、剩磁B_γ及饱和磁化强度4πJ_s有直线对应关系。并证实了在断开磁路下的交流弱磁场中,感应电流与钢铁试样的μ_0成正比。据此而研制了本仪器。本仪器可承担一种钢种的综合性能指标的测量,能获下述性能指标如:碳素钢的含碳量、μ_0、4πJ_s、H_c、B_γ、硬度、残余奥氏体量等。分选混料时,能区分仅相差0.01%C的20号和25号钢轧坯。能轻而易举地区分20C_γ和40C_γ及20、20C_γM_nTi和20C_γM_nM_0等。能分选硬度仅差0.5HRC的同钢种的两个淬火钢钢坯。仪器测量迅速、操作简便、价格低廉。可供工厂和实验室进行钢铁性能测试及质量无损检验工作。特别适合大批量生产的另件的检验和在生产现场对热处理工艺进行监控。
The experimental results show that the carbon content of carbon steel with ≤0.65% C has a linear relationship with the initial permeability μ_0, coercive force H_c, residual magnetism B_γ and saturation magnetization 4πJ_s. Can easily distinguish between 20C_γ and 40C_γ and 20,20C_γM_nTi and 20C_γM_nM_0 and so on. Can be sorted by hardness of only 0.5HRC steel with the same type of two steel billets.
