目的:建立适合静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)的退药流程管理,提高工作效率,减少药品资源浪费。方法:制定PIVAS工作标准,绘制统一规范的流程图,促进工作流程的标准建立与执行,并在执行过程中对原流程的薄弱环节进行整合、精简、创新,提高整体绩效。结果:2014年与2009年相比,业务量增长174.20%,住院患者退药率减少61.46%。结论:通过有效的流程管理可以使日常工作更快、更经济、更安全。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a withdrawal procedure for PIVAS to improve work efficiency and reduce waste of drug resources. Methods: Develop PIVAS work standards, draw a unified standard flow chart, promote the establishment and implementation of workflow standards, and integrate the weak links of the original process in the implementation process to streamline and innovate and improve the overall performance. Results: Compared with 2009, the volume of business increased by 174.20% in 2014 and that of inpatients decreased by 61.46%. Conclusion: Daily work can be made faster, more economical and safer through effective process management.
