从山东莱阳苹果园的苹果冠瘿瘤中分离到 18株根癌土壤杆菌。经过鉴定有 3株是Agrobacterium tumefaciens(原生物 1型 ) ,其余 15株是 A. rhizogenes(原生物 2型 )。这些菌株所诱导的冠瘿瘤中均能合成胭脂碱 ( nopaline) ,属于胭脂碱型 Ti质粒的根癌土壤杆菌。通过室内平皿检测发现 ,分离到的菌株均对 K84菌株所产生的土壤杆菌素敏感。在温室指示植物向日葵幼苗上 K84和K10 2 6均能完全抑制冠瘿瘤的形成
18 strains of Agrobacterium tumefaciens were isolated from the apple crown tumor of Laiyang apple orchard in Shandong province. Three strains were identified as Agrobacterium tumefaciens (Prototype 1) and the remaining 15 strains were A. rhizogenes (Prototype 2). All of the kownomas induced by these strains were capable of synthesizing nopaline, belonging to the Agrobacterium tumefaciens of the nopaline-type Ti plasmid. The results of in-house plate assay showed that the isolates were sensitive to streptozotocin produced by K84 strain. Both K84 and K10 2 6 were able to completely inhibit the formation of coronoid tumor in the greenhouse indicating plant sunflower seedlings
