本实验探讨在单纯的物理环境(高温40℃)及附加情绪(束缚)的复合环境应激中,内分泌的变化是否具有多轴性。使用雄性大白鼠80只,体重200-300克。其中对组10只。余70只按每组10只随机分配到7个实验组,计有高温实验1-4小时4个组,高温加束缚实验1-3小时3个组。动物皆在上午10时被断头处死,以便同时在昼夜节律的一个点上进行结果的对比。用高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)测定全脑和肾上腺的去甲肾上
This experiment explored whether endocrine changes in a complex physical environment (high temperature of 40 ℃) and additional emotional (restraint) complex environment stress have multiaxiality. Eighty male rats weighing 200-300 grams were used. One of the group of 10. More than 70 were randomly assigned to 7 experimental groups of 10 rats in each group, with 4 to 4 hours in high temperature experiment and 3 hours to 3 hours in high temperature plus binding experiment. The animals were all decapitated at 10 a.m. in order to compare the results at one point of the circadian rhythm at the same time. Determination of whole brain and adrenal noradrenal by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)
