目的 研究天冬降糖胶囊对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠胰岛损伤的影响。方法 给小鼠尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶 90mg·kg-1,造成糖尿病动物模型。天冬降糖胶囊 10、2 0g·kg-1,ig,于给药后 14d摘眼球取血、取胰腺 ,用自动生化仪测血糖和胰淀粉酶 ,在光镜下观察胰岛组织学变化。结果 天冬降糖胶囊治疗后 ,可明显降低四氧嘧啶小鼠的血糖并升高胰淀粉酶 ;对抗四氧嘧啶引起的胰岛损伤性变化 ,胰岛大小及细胞数量与正常对照组基本相同。结论 天冬降糖胶囊能明显降低四氧嘧啶高血糖小鼠的血糖 ,并对四氧嘧啶引起的胰岛损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To study the effect of Tian Dong Jiang Tang capsule on islet injury of alloxan-induced diabetic mice. Methods Mice were injected with alloxan 90 mg·kg-1 in the tail vein to induce an animal model of diabetes. Tian Dong Jiangtang capsules 10,20g·kg-1, ig, blood was taken from the eyeballs and the pancreas was taken on the 14th day after administration. Blood glucose and pancreatic amylase were measured by an automatic biochemical analyzer, and histological changes of the islets were observed under a light microscope. Results After Tiandong Jiangtang capsule treatment, blood glucose and pancreatic amylase in alloxan mice were significantly reduced, and the pancreatic islet damage caused by alloxan was similar to the normal control group. Conclusion Tian Dong Jiang Tang Capsules can significantly reduce blood glucose in alloxan hyperglycemic mice and have a protective effect on alloxan-induced islet damage.
