目的分析周口市近9年食物中毒突发公共卫生事件流行病学特征,为食物中毒事件防控提供参考依据。方法采取描述流行病学方法对相关资料进行分析。结果 2004—2012年周口市共报告食物中毒突发公共卫生事件8起,中毒454人,死亡3人,死亡率为0.7%;多发时间是每年4—9月份,多发场所是集体食堂,种类以亚硝酸盐超标中毒为主。结论该市应针对食物中毒事件流行病学特征,突出重点场所、重点环节开展防控工作。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies caused by food poisoning in Zhoukou City in the past 9 years to provide reference for prevention and control of food poisoning incidents. Methods Epidemiological methods were used to analyze the relevant data. Results A total of 8 public health incidents of food poisoning were reported in Zhoukou City from 2004 to 2012, causing 454 poisonings and 3 deaths, with a mortality rate of 0.7%. The multiple occurrences were from April to September every year. The multiple places were collective canteens, Nitrite excessive poisoning based. Conclusion The city should focus on the epidemiological characteristics of food poisoning incidents, highlighting the key sites and prevention and control work at key links.
