本文针对当前关于能够产生积极影响的应激是否存在、存在形式,以及对提升员工工作满意度起到什么促进作用的研究不足,采取问卷调查方式,以商业零售企业员工的实证研究为例,分析积极应激的存在方式、影响条件及其对提高员工工作满意度的积极功能。 In this paper, the current lack of research on the existence of existing stress, the existing forms and the promotion of employee job satisfaction are analyzed. By means of questionnaire survey and empirical analysis of the employees of commercial retail enterprises, The way of existence of positive stress, the condition of influence and its positive function to improve employee’s job satisfaction.
