心力衰竭是许多心血管疾病的最终阶段,严重威胁着人类的健康。大鼠心梗后心衰模型为深入研究心力衰竭的病理生理提供了实验基础。目前制备大鼠心梗后心衰的方法包括冠状动脉结扎、电凝法、冠脉微栓塞法、冷冻法、射频消融等方法,血流动力学、超声心动图及BNP等为筛选合格的心衰模型提供了评价技术手段。本文就大鼠心梗后心衰模型及心功能评价作了简要综述,为心力衰竭研究提供一些线索。
Heart failure is the final stage of many cardiovascular diseases, a serious threat to human health. The rat model of heart failure after myocardial infarction provides an experimental basis for further study of the pathophysiology of heart failure. Current methods for preparing heart failure after myocardial infarction in rats include coronary artery ligation, electrocoagulation, coronary micro-embolization, cryosurgery, radiofrequency ablation and other methods, hemodynamics, echocardiography and BNP for the screening of qualified heart The bad model provides the technical means of evaluation. This article briefly reviewed the model of heart failure after myocardial infarction and the evaluation of cardiac function, providing some clues for the study of heart failure.
